Hello Dimers..
I need help, I placed an iPhone order on jiomart on 30th of September, the order was cancelled for the reasons best known to them ..
They are not issuing me refund..
Firstly they said to wait for 7 working days, then 2 more days now some time some time they are saying...it's worth 55000 ..
Please help how to proceed ?
Any experience ?
I paid by hdfc credit card ..Can I file chargeback ?

You can fill hdfc dispute form also mail to jiomart nodal officer and also do complaint on call to jiomart

Even if it's worth 5lacs, why would they reply like that? Cancelled order means refund... weird.

As per RBI,they have to refund within 5 working days,else 100/day for every delay.

Try complaining it and get extra refund too.

Atleast it will build pressure on them to refund..
However I beleive rBi circulars are merely on papers only...
Complaint to rbi ombudsman.

So.. there's nothing much you can do apart from waiting (JioMart is known for delaying refunds by weeks or even months in some rare scenarios).
About RBI tat for refund/compensation, it is applicable only for failed transactions (not for orders cancelled by the merchant. This might still apply if the merchant initiated a refund and there's a delay in getting it credited to the beneficiary but this didn't happen yet)

I have already filed dispute with hdfc bank..they have asked to wait for 7 working days .let's see what they do .
Refund is auto send by Jiomart. Contact Jiomart through twitter support.

- I had similar issue from Aug and am still dropping mails to jiomart
- Order was placed with jiomart for ₹787 which has 3 items(2 track pants, 1 t-shirt) but invoice got wrongly generated for ₹ 2047
- From above order 1 item(track pant) is not delivered because it's out of stock. Only 2 other items got delivered.
- Now for not available item I should recieve refund of around ₹ 300-400 but as invoice was wrongly generated for ₹ 2047 refund shown as ₹816.55. i was happy that will get whole refund but after 1 month they said whole amount paid itself is 787
- Due to your improper invoice and improper response am(customer) struggling from last 2 month

Mera to 1700 ka refund kabhi ni aya Jiomart starting ka. Tried every where including Consumer Forum
Jiomart is the biggest fraud of decades. They are not following any rules of rbi for refund and no action against them.
