Need help on Amazon escalation

Hi,

   I have placed order on 6th Nove 2023 and received on 9th Nove and found it is damaged so order for replacement and suppose it must reach 11th Nov but it reached my destination, and they did not deliver it. Today 15th Nov when I asked for status of the delivery mistakenly the customer executive cancelled the replacement and the original order and iniatated refund. Now I have escalated they are saying they will give only price difference not the compensation. what to do further now.

I need this product before Friday.. so it is frustration now with amazon executive replies.
