Need help on refund from Swiggy

I need your help, I made couple of orders worth 1.5k on Swiggy in Oct and same not full filled by Swiggy since items went out of stock and Swiggy said refund was initiated by Swiggy. I made transactions using HDFC rupay CC attached to google pay but refund never got credited, I’m fighting with them as it’s over 1 month they never have done anything to get the refund, even I provided alternate payment mode and asked to send refund to Swiggy Wallet but nothing. Their Escalation team is useless writing same thing again and again, that their internal team Is working. Written on Twitter, I have written to their also CEO SriHarsha and CFO but they are least bothered about customer and no role till date. I wrote to HDFC for dispute all they asking proof on email header from Swiggy that it never help to customer.
Google pay is playing innocent, I told them it’s a problem at your gateway since it’s not accepting refund, where UPI from Rupay cards debits are happening and credits failing and they said to reach to Swiggy.
My only question to all of you, what can be done i this regard and whom shall I reach to on next level at-least on Swiggy or on Google pay end.

File a Chargeback back from HDFC bank.
If HDFC bank ask for proof send your swiggy order history where refund amount showing.
If your Googlepay account transaction history showing refund failed then share this with HDFC bank.
By the way HDFC bank already fully live for all Credit on UPI refund system. I dnt think so your UPI refund is failing.
Anyway, once your file a chargeback, they will investigate and you will receive refund within a few days.
Sometimes you need to force them to apply for chargeback without sharing any proof.

Yes that’s the worst part. I already sent email showing email communication that they initiated refund but HDFC dispute team is asking showing email from Swiggy with header duly acknowledged by Swiggy that refund is pending on my card.

Similar issue with me and swigy, and no support received i uninstalled swigy and never used this type of app
