Need help regarding new IndusInd Legend CC

I have recently applied for LTF legend card and got it approved. Customer care executive told me I would receive an email with credit card details so that I can start using it online as it would take time for the physical card to get delivered.

But I didn't receive any such email containing details of the credit card.

But my card is out for delivery today and that's too in my current/temporary address where as I am right bow at my home town.

Anyway to get the details of the card? My landlord could receive the card but I can't ask him to open it and pass me the details.

What they suggest is to not accept the delivery, it goes to thw branch, and then have them send it to home branch to collect from there

If the delivery is via BlueDart, you can ask them to redirect it to your closest BlueDart centre where you are currently living, they will do it at no cost; Later you can do there and pick it up with your ID proof.

Else, ask your landlord or neighbor to receive it and then ship to you; Obviously needs trust on their end.

Thanks for the info. I didn't know Blurdart does this. But it's too late now and the card is delivered.

But thankfully I just got the email in the evening from indusind with instructions to retrieve the card details using OTP. Peace of mind at the end.
