BB now is active in city and I have ordered through BB app but on Tata neu app it shows only BB for ordering. Do you have any solution for this?
I am using latest Tata neu app.

probably dark store in your pincode has been shut due to low demand.
bb is equivalent, use it if no urgency
BB now has started a week back. As for ordering from BB the order is delivered next day or after 2 days. BB now is useful as I need my order within 10-15 minutes as they have opened nearby. I am not getting 5% neu coins cashback on my orders some items are cheap on BB now.
Few things i do regularly for this problem:
1. First check pincode location on homepage of tata neu. If its your pincode then ok or change to your pin code
2. Click on Grocery icon. It will take you to bb directly. Then close it using 'x' on the top and then again click on Grocery icon at home page of tata neu.
Keep repeating and you will get option to select from bb and bb now
