Need help SMS not coming

In my area, due to farmers protest, sms and internet service is blocked by govt. I have wifi so able to access internet but due to sms issue I am not able do bank transaction. Only option is upi, but I want to do payment via card which requires otp. Is there anyway to receive sms through any app or service (if free) thanx

It is not bank problem. But all telecom companies have stopped sms services. But if you can provide any solution then I am asking for PNB, ICICI or Axis. If any solution for above bank then help
IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN KOTAK…IT WOULD COME ALSO ON Email …SBI USED TO SEND ON EMAIL FOR TIME…BUT THEY STOPPED….IT MIGHT BE TOO ADVANCED FOR OLD UNCLE AUNTIES OF SBI..

Why do you need otp for payzapp just use login details.
Go to an area where sms isn’t blocked and complete your transaction
Then I will have to go to other state as it is blocked in almost in all cities in my area
Sbi, axis sends otp on email too. If you have those cards, use them with email otps.
