One idiot is sending 1rs. On my upi
In last 10 mins he done 3 times so this is done intentionally not by mistake
How to block these persons to not to send money in my account

Is the amount coming to your apl id. May be unlock some offer
Don't share their details in screenshots, it can be a genuine mistake as well.
i.e. he/she might be trying to send money to someone for verification, but the counterparty might not receive the amount but it's coming to you.

Most probably done to get benefit of Paytm 100 cb offer , there were posts in telegram to send 1 rs and get 100 cb. Is this a merchant account?
Yes maybe but he is sending money from phonepe not paytm

The only fear is that hope he won't charge back later. But he won't gain anything out of it other than causing someone trouble to visit the bank multiple times. Why would someone do that?! Or maybe like others said, it is just to unlock some offers.
One more possibility is that, Op's old number was released, and someone else got it and made a UPI account using that, now someone is trying to send him money, but it's getting credited to Op's account cause the mobile number is still linked to OP's account. This is the reason, I don't send money to mobile numbers, I always ask for a UPI ID.
Yes he can raise chargeback and if do that it will cause problems to me

Seems like a elder person trying to send money. Don't share his/her number on public platform as maybe the receiver person is keep saying ' koi sms nhi Aya, dubara bhezo ' and the sender person is trying again and again. I've seen many such incidents in real life. Some people are new to this upi technology and most of them do small transaction before sending huge amount.
Brother, the sender didn't scam or try to fraud you. Sometimes, the situation makes the life suspicious.

Jyada innocent lag rha hai to aap call karke confirm kar do kyun bhej rha hai
