Need Help - Tata Neu accounts blocked. How to reactivate?

Today I come to know that my Neu account is blocked and im not able to earn/burn Neucoins for any order. Spoke to customer care and they are clue less. Im holding Neu Card as well. Till date i had placed only 3 orders on Neu app out of that 2 orders are for TV (Booked for someone using his GST number) and one grocery order. Haven't received any Neu coins for Grocery order cos of account block. Any one can please help?

Go to play store and give 1 star to tata neu app and mentioned that account is blocked without any reason and customer care is clueless. They will contact you and unblock it within a week. I did the same and my account was unblocked in 3 days

I too did that but sadly again got same reply, we regret to inform you that alerts in our system have identified activity in your membership account which conflicts with our Terms and Conditions. There is a way. I have got my account unblocked many time. If you have HDFC Tata neu CC attached to the same account. In that case since the account is blocked neucoins will not be credited to the account after statement generation. Just email them 10 days after statement generation that the cc reward point is not credited. In order to credit that they need to unblock your account.

Since this request will come from HDFC CC dept they have to cater it. It takes 3-4 days max.

PS: If you don't have hdfc cc, get one on same account. There is no other way. Or else stop using your account for an yr. One of my account was unblocked after no uses for an yr.
