Need help- Unable to login my instagram account

issue - I am unable to login my Instagram account as i forgot password and not receiving any code or link on email and registered phone number. also tried logging in with face book it is asking to create a new Instagram account.
twist is both facebook and instagram are connected to meta account centre. i can see through facebook that instagram account is connected to same email and contact number.
checked junk folder spam etc all nothing is there.
any help will be appreciated. thanks is advance.
EDIT-
i have recently shifted from android to iphone. as i display of android(where instagram is installed and working) is not working.
