Any dimers with recent Amazon exchange experience with a phone?
I have a Lyf phone whose power button has to be clicked super hard for it to turn off the screen.
The battery gives backup for around 90 mins only if used continuously.
The rest of the phone is fine with only a light smudging on the back due to age and low quality plastics.
Will Amazon delivery guy accept this for exchange or not? I haven’t done any exchanges for over 2 years now.

For turning on the screen, a gentle press will do? I guess not. If for either waking up or putting to sleep a hard press is needed, I suggest to approach a local repair technician and get it fixed carefully either with a genuine spare or jugaad. That way you don’t have to worry about other things getting noticed. Be very careful not to cause any cosmetic damage while getting the button fixed. In my understanding it is mostly a small rubber damage inside.
For turning on the phone, I have kept the volume buttons as wake up. So, that’s not an issue. Only the turning off is.
But yes, if he wants to turn on with the power button, then he needs to press hard in one particular angle.
I don’t think its worth to repair this phone if we don’t get additional exchange bonus on new phones 
My phone had a dent at a corner. Due to falling
And some paint chip off at the dent.
Can I place exchange option in flipkart.?
Apparently Flipkart needs new phones now for exchange.
But try your luck in this sale where they have mentioned they will take a working phone in any condition.

No, I didn’t.
Decided to wait for 5G phones in low budget in a year instead. I have no need for another phone actually. Would have bought only if it had high discounts and exchange value.
