I did a 429 recharge yesterday and got validity of just one day 😕(it was supposed to be 81 days with 1gb per day date) . Now the validity got expired today and I dont even have another bsnl number to register a complaint. How can I register a complaint?

Yes, it was supposed to be. Circle is Rajasthan. How do know if the money is wasted and I should do another recharge?
That is an STV not a PlanVoucher..
You must have recharged on last day of active plan… so you got STV validity till Plan validity
I am sorry, but what’s the difference between a plan voucher and stv?
For BSNL, I go to their portal and do the recharge, I’ve been burned like this before where a 360+ recharge was just added for like a 2-3 day validity for ISD…
Registered a complaint in local office, they said they have dropped a mail and should get resolved in 3-4 hours.
Got resolved 
So, for BSNL no need of PV.? One can do STV recharges also to extend SIM validity. Is it so?
I recharged for ₹22 SMS pack from official BSNL website (benefits 50 SMS per day for 10 days) however I didn’t get any benefits and complaint number said such pack doesn’t exist and when I asked to register a complaint he abruptly and rudely disconnected the call.
What are my options? 
You activated 22 plan for ISD calling so Bsnl won’t refund it

Bsnl CC are worse than robots, they’ll not understand if you have an uncommon problem, they only have few scripted suggestions for any kind of issue so don’t waste time with 1503.
It’s time telecoms use much smarter AI chatbots to replace their dumb CC staff.
Can we recharge Plan Voucher 106 or 94 through main balance? If yes what’s the code? TIA
