Need help with icici bank not giving back my chargeback money

1 month ago my icici bank carded rupay card was charged twice for one transaction so i called customer care and they told me it will be reversed after investigation today a message (see image) ,this 213 about is now added to outstanding ballance

thanks ,i call branch manager and he told me they refunded it on same day and told me to check statement. That 213 was extra intermm credit that back took back 😌
