Hi, I had booked a ticket via HappyEazyGo on zero cancellation in 2022 . I had cancelled the ticket but HappyEazyGo didn’t refund any amount . I had raised a case with INGRAM where HEG replied that due to unavoidable circumstances refund was delayed and will be done on 6-8 weeks. It has been 8 months and it is showing dispute in process on INGRAM portal . What should I do ?
