Need help with printer ink cartridges
Till date i have been using HP original ink cartridges. Just came across the refill ink set here
https://www.amazon.in/ANG-Refill-Compatible-Car...
There are other such products too.
Just wanted to know if they are really good and easy to refill at home? How much of savings can be done with these ink cartridges really?

May even be a saving of 50% or thereabouts.
BUT you might be better off giving more details as to which HP printer/MFD model is the query about
as HP are notorious for adding mini PCBs or ICs on the cartridges/ cartridge panel to sniff and block the aftermarket cartridges out!

I would suggest you to upgrade to toner based printer.
These cartilage based printers fail alot after refilling.
Many times ink will leak from bottom, other times ink wont reach bottom i.e. nib.
These kits are gimmick.
Moreover ink tends to dry if you kept printer unused.
