hi Dimers,
For 1 of my friend with SBI card, last month annual charges were levied , which he forgot to pay. This month annual charges + 750 + gst are levied , as he didn't pay his last month due .
Any way to get waiver of 750 + gst as a 1 time gesture?

yes, for cards older than 6 months, SBI reverses the charges when requested once a year.
You can raise request over call or there is dedicated option available in App and website too for charge reversal
