You can join groupbuy of same location/seller/state. Example, I made groupbuy from Bengaluru, then my friend in Delhi can't join that groupbuy. (if changed, please inform)

Ordered from 1 account and shared link via WhatsApp and using that link ordered from other account
But in my orders it's still showing countdown that I have 1day and some hours left to order

Yes, it's valid upto 48hrs (tnc 24hrs🤣). Also dispatching began after ordering (they don't wait if order will cancel or not, might dispatch also). And your groceries possibly be delivered before ETA.
