Need jio phone number to direct human staff

I've been trying for hour to get in touch with a human being working in jio and having a painful headaches going through IVR unhelpful options and chat bot wall.

Please share if anyone knows 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭

Its so bloody annoying that there is no direct human interaction in the IVR option!! Did they removed it or what

@magur - Try this

Dial 1800-889-9999 from non Jio number. Select Language, it will prompt to enter non Jio number. Enter the same non Jio number you used to dial Jio customer care and the call would be transferred to a human.

Note: I don't have Jio number, never had one. Just tried above using my Airtel number.

As suggested by @freebaba and @venom14 .. if calling from an existing Jio number.. then tge only way to bypass the bot or to make the bot connect to a human
is by asking for few limited things.
If number has outgoing SMS facility.. can describe 'outgoing SMS no delivering' or a generic 'SMS not working'.
When it asks: are you using native messaging app, tryecaller or other.. i always say native app.
Yes: to 'have you che ked SMS Center number'.

When it asks if the issue is only when sending SMS to a (specific) number or to any/all numbers.. i say ALL.numbers. Switch off switch on: I say yea.

Similarly, SIM lost is other reason. Or saying that SIM is damaged/lost and i want new SIM. Obviously in this case I gove some random Jio number and the number from which calling.

But after using this 2 or 3 times in a day, the IVR then stops forwarding it to human.
At-least for that day, it is not letting such things work for more than few times. If call drops or agent is dumb and one retires then IVR adapts and loops same script.

What Freebaba said is that if one dials ;1800-889-9999 or even the circle specific 10-dogit numbers from a number that is not with Jio, then it takes hardly 30 seconds for the IVR to patch the call to the Haptik people (yes Reliance acquired Haptik.. the customer support company).

So if you dial from a BSNL, Idea, Airtel, Adani, Patanjali number.. it is as easy as selecting 'i want to port in' option.

P.S.: by default the IVR requests you to enter a 10 digit mobile number, at the beginning. What @freebaba said is that.. prefer to punch in a number that was NEVER on Jio. Say I usually punch in 9890154321.. whenever it asks for a number.
        else it will ask one to enter the date of birth.
        Scenario: you call from a BSNL number 1234567890 and IVR says, enter the number you need help on. You enter NnNnNnNnNnNn as you want to port it back to Jio. Number is on Voda (just hypothetical example), but was in Jio before that. So even if NnNnNnNnNnNn is no longer on Jio, it will still capture old daya and try to verify by asking the DD/MM/YYYY of birth.

Thus, if dialling ;1800-889-9999 from a BSNL, Airtel, Idea number and prompted to 'enter your number'.. just punching in 9890154321 or some such 10 digits and then selecting i want to port or press ___ to s0eak to agent.. will send your call to an agent.
(As per S.O.P. the agents are required to harass the customer to death. Hence half will say: we are not allowed to or do not have access to the information you seek. Go check our app. Other half will say my computer or connection is down. Please call back.)
