Can somebody please gather all Rentpay offers that can be availed without rent agreement and how to do details in one place.

Rentpay Website/app name→Best or any good debit/credit/prepaid card to use on that Rentpay website/app for maximum benefit→Cashback/benefit details→Charges for the service→Rent pay waiting time

For example:

1)Nobroker→Using Payzapp→5% cashback upto 350 within 90 days of transaction→1% Nobroker Charges→Rent payment is almost instant or in few minutes to landlord.

Cred, Redgirraffe, housing, nobroker. These give payment within less time and are safe.

Use housing app for rent payment, no rent agreement needed, instant transfer.

I use this trick -

Dhanipay RuPay card New Trick, Bank transfer + 100% guarantee Dhanipay 2% Freecashback or 5% Supersaver plan cashback received

Sign up here – https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=c...

use my referral code: PM ME to get 30% discount on your first payment fee (use Housing Real Estate App to get refer enter option on checkout).

Pay rent payment through Dhanipay RuPay card, enter landlord UPI ID for instant payment receive.

Don’t need rental agreement.
Transaction fees:
1% until 50k (use my refer code: PM ME ) .
1.3% if you want to pay more than 50k in a single transaction.
Maximum rent payment in a month: 1Lakh. So pay rent 2 times each transaction of 50k so that only 1% transaction fees will be levied.

Note – IDFC credit card works as Debit card on Dhanipay load money, no extra charges

Paytm SBI Credit card also works as Debit card on Dhanipay load money, no extra charges

Keep in mind that paying 50k or above as rent in a month will almost certainly attract income tax department attention if your ITR is not matching(aka paying 50k rent per month with an itr of less than 5-6 lakh).

“almost certainly”
How many cases have you studied to arrive at this conclusion?

“attract income tax department attention”
Define attention. Is it notice from IT department or IT demand, what exactly?

“not matching”
May I know with what mechanism your ITR is matched with your credit card transaction rent entry? Because I don’t see any section in SFT either for individual’s 26AS, nor the one’s which bank file with the income tax department, i.e. Form 61A and 61B.

I don’t understand, why someone has to make so many claims and statements and pass around gut feeling ideas, as a well-researched fact.

Okay, let’s say a person sends to his wife’s acc. As per your logic, a person has to deduct TDS on rent transfer for nonexistent property, or a property whose owner is not the person as in transaction.
Let’s say a person deducts TDS. In whose name he will deposit TDS?
Should that person also enter the property’s detail in ITR because it’s mandatory to fill in all properties owned details?
And should property tax be also paid on that property?

Banks are authorized Forex Dealers. They are mandated and delegated to report all Forex activity detail.
However, Nobroker, Cred, Housing, Redgiraffe are not Authorized agents/dealers/Financial institutions who are mandated in any shape or form to report it to any authority.

“almost for sure you will get notice for explanation”
Is it notice under 143(1)? Or is it under 143(2) or is it under 148?

I mean with absolutely no knowledge on the matter of either credit card reporting standards of FIs or Income Tax rules, you are just passing around whatever you feel like saying.
