Hello friends, yes, I'm Indian, but I'm fully sick of Indian food. I don't want to eat like this (please don't offend, show tolerance) - like first, pick roti, then hold sabji with this and then dip into dal or curry, then chew 21 times, then swallow it. I want healthy, easy-to-cook, one-bowl food.

I'm searching everywhere but couldn't find anything like this. If it is instant, ready, and tasty, then it is good for me. My mom also wants to get rid of my daily food tantrums. I don't want her to worry about me every day.

I hardly eat three times a day. Because of that healthy is needed.

Thanks for caring if you answering.

You can try 'TongZi Dan', if you want to.

Hopefully there are many kids (boys) around where you live. Keep them well hydrated and raw material to make the dish will be not too difficult to source.

Made from all natural ingredients and without any presevatives or artificial flavours. Helps with vigour, vitality too.

Relatable problem.

I have never been comfortable using hands while eating , although my reasons are different , just clumsy with eating.

That's why most of my meals are rice based which is weird for people around me because I live in North.

your problem is with Roti, because it needs some effort to eat laughing expressionless.

Then only solution is Rice or Rice noodles [not cost effective in India].

So, only option is make porridge with Rice or Millets.

Add rice, vegetables, spices in water & boil in a pot until cooked.Add some ghee or oil according to choice.

Refer Utube for more details.

Roz Maggi khao, upar pahoch jao

No, jokes apart, in covid's worst phase, strictest lockdown when everyone dreaded going out, and when all the shops had shut down and I was living alone, away from my family, I used to only eat peanut butter and take multivitamins (the one which is healthy and free of added sugar, salt and vegetable oils). Peanuts have a good balance of protein, healthy fats, fiber and carbs.

Of course I don't suggest you don't eat a single food all the time or you'll develop some nutritional deficiencies but our body doesn't need so many carbs. Eat foods with fiber, protein and good fats and of course antioxidants, minerals and vitamins and you're good to go. That can be any kind of nuts, nut butters free of bad additives, home made vegetable curries e.g. soya chunks curry, any pulses with gravy + brown rice combo chicken gravy, egg curry (oops you're vegetarian). Fruits of course for the antioxidants and micronutrients. Suggestions in this thread are good.

No brother, I did not mean single food. I mentioned 1 bowl ramen🥣 food which contains lots of greenery and nurtures us. It can contain 5 or more ingredients. I hate Maggie bye the ways. Don't suggest fastfood also hate them.
