Need suggestions - Best mobile under 40k

Need to buy a decent phone under 40k(the less the better, only casual usage, but don't want laggy experience even after say 2 yrs). I was having s20fe and all good, out of warranty and n/w issues. Now service center says motherboard replace which is too much.
So thinking which is best snapdragon 8+ phone. Don't want to go for chinese brands(unless some very good option) so Moto and Samsung only option: s21fe, s22, moto edge 30 fusion.
Which would be best?

Thinking nothing phone 2 also, and upcoming 2a which might fall in same range.
And s23 fe also falling at 41300(battery and heating issues in reviews).

What is GST benefit bro? I have corporate I'd and price showing 54k for 256gb variant, so to reduce further to 50k?
Thanks useful suggestion. Based on my search also zoning to NP2 or S21FE, in OnePlus 11R, 12r(but want to avoid chinese firms).
12R(40k) > NP2(37k) ~= 11R(38k) > Edge 30 Fusion(34k) (old model) > S21 FE(32k) (max android 15) > Nord 3(30k).
Some dimensity latest gen is really VFM...
