Beach or mountains, what’s your preference?

Puri , Andaman nicobar , Goa , kovalam , Lakshadweep Islands are some of the best

1-Andaman is expensive ..will not come in 50k per couple ( however it will totally depend on duration and departure city)
2-Kerala
3-Srinagar
4-Beach (Goa, Mahabalipuram-Pondicherry,Kovalam,Gokarna etc)
5-Wayanad-Coorg
6-Ooty-Kodaikanal
7-Shimla-Manali
8-Nainital-Mussoorie

It all depends where you live,

If you live in north try to explore south like Kerla , Goa, Ooty, Darjeeling etc.
If you live in south try to explore north like Shimla, Nanital, Massori, etc.

If you travel by train the cost will come to 30k approx for 2 person if booked in advance for 3000 kmr (AC 2 Tr)
then book local tourist taxi for exploring and book hotels in advance from makemytrip or similar with coupon codes.

I visited kashmir via indigo (INR 9400/- up/down from Delhi advance booking) taken house boat (INR 18,000/- for 4 days) hired taxi for site seeing (INR 12,000/-) food and shopping extra (for couple)

similarly, went to kerla via Rajdhni (INR 32,000/- AC 2Tr up/down) booked 05 days tour with taxi INR 24,000/- (4* budget hotel) for couple

there are many other place I have visited all was around 50k to 60k, “Time is the key” if you have time chose train, it will save a lot, if not then book flight tickets in advance with offers.

Since Maharashtra is covid hotspot don’t try for Maharashtra at all.
Goa is nothing in this months.
No footfall in this seasom

Goa is best only. October to January.

I would like to add one more. Trains if only. Journey is 12-15hrs or below.
With a night included.

Kerela is also a hotspot for covid.
And I think after 2017 or 2018 floods Kerala is not as much as eye chachi.
Still I hav no experience after 2018, so can’t comment that.

In India no 1 choice should be Andaman. It has best beaches in Asia. Since you are in Hyderabad, you are very close to Chennai and air fare to Andaman would come quite reasonable. Honeymoon is life time event, nothing can beat Andaman. Try to explore packages, or reasonable airtickets or even Ship/ferry from Chennai to portblair. If going Andaman, must goto Heavalock/radhanagar beach. If not andaman, then many places are there, Goa could be good as lots and lots of beaches are there, and you can get hotels based on your budget. Since you are 4 couples, Goa would be enjoyable for Honeymoon also.

if you are low on budget instead of booking hotel, book a community hall. will save lot of money

It costed around 20k per person
For honeymoon budget may increase another 5-7k per person

Go for a car drive to the southern cities

If you got 2 cars then go for Ooty/kodaikanal. Handy to travel anywhere,any place. Darjeeling/Goa antey kodhiga dooram then take train/flight and you can hire bikes/cars at Goa.

First decide place.
Do some research on places to visit there and hotels to stay.
Make a plan accordingly to places you can visit each day and paawri at which place
Once visited there it will be easy for you guys to spend the time rather than fighting each other where to stay and where to go.
Anni plan cheskoni discuss cheskoni vellandi, andaru happy. Tour will also be happy.
