I have purchased this yesterday and would be delivered tomorrow hence thinking to get some honest reviews by dimers if anyone is using it. Else I would cancel the order in the morning.
Do you think it's a good purchase at 8K?

Firstly you got a really good deal.. I had ordered it for Rs 13k 2 months back only.
I have been using this RO since 2 months and so far no issues on water quality side. I get bmc water which is already clean but at times it gets mixed with nullah/ drainage line and hence at that times this ro is really tested. But even one those days this has performed well no smell and pure water taste.
In beginning i faced one issue. The tap is not of good quality. It was not opening correctly so i raised a request and they got the whole machine replaced. There is no issue in second one so far.
Overall good experience so far.
I read many comments online saying they had few issues but even after 4-5 days no one properly responded and their cc is also worst
By the way i just saw card discount is only uptill 1k how did you got 2k discount?
citi card
Any chance of getting a sub standard product? I guess they have to send a regular product.
It's a hit or miss situation. I know four people in different states using this, and one of them faced an issue with their unit without a timely resolution. The customer support for the device seems inadequate, possibly varying by location.
Besides the two-year filter life, is there any other USP for this device?
Their proposed future AMC is also cheaper and it would be for the next two years as well.
