Guys I m Stuck in Chennai as I work here .
I have get operated for which I want to go to Bangalore.
How can I leave chennai amidst this lockdown?

Its nearly impossible to cross state border. Most states are spooked by Corona and not letting anybody in. Karnatka has closed border with Kerala and not letting even trucks with essentials goods through. Even CM levels talks didnt help.
As others suggsted , check if your surgery can be postponed. If not, get it done at Chennai only.
Follow news bro… They have opened some portal to move ppl from Chennai who has medical emergency , marriage or death of close person…. U have to show documents to prove it… U will get special permission to move then from Chennai with an ID

Dont travel now…its not a emergency surgery. You can easily wait 2-3 months.

The city police have opened a special control room to provide passes to people who want to travel for weddings, funerals and other emergencies. Many people, however, took it as an opportunity to get home and thronged the commissioner’s office in Vepery on Sunday, only to be sent away.
