Since it is HDFC CC, so I cannot use HDFC platinum 1% upto 750 offer. And Paytm CCFLASH100 does not work.
Any other offers I case use for about 80K payment?

when I tried to apply, it said valid only for 1st transaction of the month and I've already paid a couple of CC bills this month already

Try after 24 hrs, you can do upto 5 txn with same card of 20k each per day but after first one usually there is this error
