Our close relative is evaluating the option to buy a 2 bhk in Rajiv Swagruha Sahbhavana Township (Bandlaguda, Nagole, Hyderabad)
Can anyone share their views about this? Is this a good decision, in terms of location and value?

Just don't buy it as investment unless you're an expert in Real estate field. Flats as an investment per se doesn't fare that well compared to plots.

if you want to live there, definitely go for it. as an investment no one knows how it is going to shape up.

i read somewhere in news that these flats are of low quality. It would be advisable to pay some consultation fees to a civil engineer and do the inspection before taking a decision.
