Worst Worst experience, never ever buy from Croma. I have bought a Croma Inverter AC from the Croma Showroom, Patia, Bhubaneswar, came in the sweet words of the sales manager and now suffering. It was installed last month and I had already lodged complaint for 6th time. The product is having manufacturing defect but they are not attending it timely. The Technician has opened the product 3 days back and it's scattered all over, not turning afterwards. Tired of repeated calls, Feeling cheated.

Croma made products can be returned for cash or exchanged instantly.
I know you can't carry AC but their is no need of that, just be there, talk to manager , tell your decision and they will make arrangement instantly. Don't leave premises until you get redressal
