Hello Dimers,

I never had a RBL card, but it's showing up in my CIBIL score and the payment is delayed by 14 months + 111% card utilization.

can someone help me how to sort this out?

Most likely a case of identity fraud, log complaints with authorities and rbl bank. More power to you.

Dont Believe the Credit Mantri Report, It is not correct , check in some other website. Use CRED app for Complaiing , They will Draft you the mail regarding complanint and use credit report in CRED Ap[p

Does Slice earlier managed by RBL bank? If that is true, Slice has stopped it's Credit card now. but in my report it is showing no payment for last 14 months.

Slice wasn't related to RBL in any way(as far as i know) their card was powered by SBM Bank and the credit facility was powered by Quadrillion Finance Pvt. Ltd. and they have disabled the card but the the credit line is still active unless you opted for closure with Slice. Try to analyze the report from other sources as well like Cibil from onescore, amazon pay, freecharge, gpay etc Experian from onescore, paytm, etc Equifax from Kotak and paytm last Crif from Cred and see if the same account is showing in all Four Credit Bureaus. If yes then proceed with formal complaints.

In my cibil report, I could see a new address ( based out of karnataka ), new mail IDs new phone numbers, and New Credit cards and two wheeler loans. all went to default now and damaged my entire cibil score.
