One month ago my dad bought an Airtel sim card from Airtel gallery. Yesterday, while setting up account on Airtel Thanks I found that the account is already created on someone named “Rituraj Saroha” I didn’t paid attention that time. But, today when I used this number to create account on Zomato
I found that even there it already has an account in the name of the same person and also one order has been placed from that account in the January.
I have asked Airtel to contact me since I am not able to connect with their customer support team. What should we do next?
Seems this no. got closed recently, Mine Airtel Broadband was also showing someone;s else name in initial period.
