What would be the difference between Axis Magnus card holders who already have burgandy account and axis magnus plus?
They said current magnus owners who own burgandy account can get reward redemption to airmiles and hotel partners at 5:4 as well isn't it?

As long as this card has annual fees, it's of no use. All benefits can be downgraded anytime without your consent after recovering annual fees.
What are the requirements for burgundy cards
Similar to Axis reserve communication you need to convert your magnus to magnus plus and you'll be eligible for the conversion if you have burgundy account
Existing burgundy users will continue to have 5:4 conversion ratio only for limited time that's why they mentioned as time bound offer
