New Phonpe Qr at vendors disabled Rupay CC payments

Those vendors using Paytm QR for payments now switched to Phonepe QR due to RBI action.
But Phonepe intentionally disabled all Rupay Cc Upi payments.
I had faced 2 incidents of payment failure at different vendors with New QRs of phonepe due to this.
Anyone else faced same?

I think phonpe disable them out of box(by default)
And paytm is silently getting under the table/counters.
RBI ban only paytm payments bank, you can continue use your Paytm merchant QR code.
Same issue with BharatPay, and GPay. They intentionally keep the UPI CC disabled.
PayTM was way better in this, they are keeping up to Rs. 2000 enabled and above that is disabled. (which you can easily enable through their app.)
Cc upi payments gonna see steep decline soon due this blunder
Dunno but today only paid 3 times using RCCUPI on phonepe QR...
I mentioned about new phonepe QRs.
I hope you read it correctly and you have experienced different QRs at same merchants.
Phonepe is not allowing paying above 2K by UPI credit card per day. You have to wait next day

Yes, I have observed the same but it's not new. Earlier also some vendors used to have two QRs i.e. one for PayTM and another for PhonePe. The one on PhonePe never worked with Rupay CC, but PayTM QR always works with Rupay CC. Even today I have made some payments on PayTM QR code using Rupay CC.
Do the vendors need to enable Rupay CC payments or does PhonePe out of the box disable them?
