New Sim Mobile number not working on Flipkart

I bought the new vi sim card but i am not able to create account on flipkart. I think the number may have been used by someone and previous user may have that account. I tried logging in i received otp but it keeps saying "Login unsuccessful. please retry".
Please suggest what should i do? Is it a blocked flipkart account? how do i get it working on my name now?

This is common problem now. Mobile operators are issuing recycled mobile numbers which we don't know when and where used. Many numbers which they reissuing are marked as spam numbers in turecaller. You need to be careful while taking number and check numbers in turecaller before buying that number

After Showing Sim Receipt In My Name , Adhar Card. Backend Team Changed Email Id And Account Normalised.
Then They Called Me To Reset Password, Done..

Create the account with someone else's number, like a relative, family member, staff like domestic help, watchman or nearby shop person, friend.
Then after a day or so, write to Flipkart (like to grievance officer, escalations) that that number is lost, damaged, stolen, no longer with you.
But now you are facing issue as you are trying to remove/replace old number with your new number.
This way, you have an account too and you can loop in their backend teams too (if the customer care people highlight correctly to the relevant team/s).
This is in addition to the other options suggested above by others.
