NGIVR Retail - how is this Flipkart Seller?

After I posted the above question, I went ahead and ordered the phone. It reached me today like any other Flipkart item – the phone was manufactured this month itself. The exchange went well too.

Conclusion – NGIVR Retail is a genuine seller on Flipkart.

I had order mobile for filpkart on 03.11.21 it’s deliver the mobile estimate date as on 13.11.21 shipping the mobile as 05.11.21 but now itself they not start shipping process, and I contact with flipkart customer care they have not help with me they have postponed the days upto wait 15.11.21 after assist that issue. Worst service. I ordered an iphone in Flipkart on 18 April 2022. The seller made me wait for one week and canceled the order. I made a fresh order again and the seller didn't deliver my order at the stipulated time, I lost two weeks time. I didnt get my money back as well. I complained to Flipkart and they are asking for one week time for resolution.

Flipkart has become worse after being acquired by Walmart.

Sometimes product shipping is delayed.
While sometimes the product gets stuck at hub for many days/weeks

Complaining never helps because they just keep postponing the resolution date.

After repeated such cases my trust in flipkart has went down very much.
I avoid flipkart as much as possible.

17th April morning I ordered a phone and from 19th to 24th it remained stuck in Jhajjhar Haryana.
That too when I had registered a complaint with their grievance team and social media handle.

On 22nd I cancelled this and ordered it from Xiaomi website. It got delivered in 2 days.

This is just one of the many cases that keep repeating on flipkart without an iota of correction/improvement.

IGVIR Retails are character, I had ordered 256GB reame GT neo 3, instead they sent me 128 GB phone and now they are not returning my order. Very pathetic service from IGVIR retails and Flipkart. shame on you

This genuine seller had cancelled my iphone 13 order twice and it feels diagusted 

worst seller i have ever seen. i have booked i 13 on first day of bbd sale at 50k but this seller cancelled my order even after shipping without any concent to me.

flipkart is equally responsible foe this fraud.

I ordered iphone 13 on 21st September and the seller was NGIVR RETAILS. Firslty, the delivery date mentioned by flipkart was 24th September then on 24th September the item is yet to be shipped then the guy from flipkart call me and told me that due to unforeseen reason the delivery date was extended to 27th of September and they assured me that the delivery will take plane on or before 27th but today still, there is no sign shipping of the item. I would say NGIVR RETAILS was totally a fake seller and they don’t understand the emergency of a customer i would suggest that plz don’t buy any item from NGIVR RETAILS SELLER. My money was blocked by flipkart and almost 7 days are passed and there is no sign where my phone is.

Same issue the phone is booked so many days back but it's not shipped yet. Flipkart is unable to provide a resolution and is asking for extending eta , it's a prepaid order

I have ordere iphone 13 on BBD on 22nd sep 2022 midnight at 50k now mobile phonecist was around 57-59k,Flipkart promised me that they will deliver my order by 26th of sep but till now it not delivered then now they were extended my date to oct 1st worst resolution by Flipkart customer care service team and co,if my mobile was not delivered by 1st oct means I'll directly raise a compliant ok public forum and consumer court in the name of Flipkart they stealed my money and they failed to delivery product Flipkart has to face more consequences worst seller NGIVR RETAILS .

One by one costomer service from flipkart calling and changing the date of solving issue 1st date 24 2nd date 27 3rd date 29sep . Now they are telling it will be resolved by 3oct. It's already 7days almost but no solution.i have ordered iphone 13 but my charger, cover, tempered glass are still waiting  

I am facing the same problem. I was supposed to get my iPhone 13 on 27th September 2022 and now the tracking details say another 3 days. Yesterday, when I spoke to customer care they assured me that it will be delivered today - 28th September 2022.

so many members complaining about the seller(NGIVR Retail) here. but, how the seller have higher ratings(4.9) there in flipkart?.😳

I ordered iphone 13 in bbd sale which was suppose to be delivered on 24 sept 2022 , but till now my order doesnt even shipped . What is this behaviour from this seller? 

I am also in the same boat. Ordered iPhone 13 from the same seller. The tracking said reached my area but thereafter the package never delivered. The flipkart customer care reps do not know what the issue is with the ekart. They can only give assurances and that too not about the product delivery. They will only give me update about the resolution. What a worst and bogus customer support. I was supposed to get the product on Sept 26. It got rescheduled by flipkart on Sept 28. Then the delivery guy called late 10.30pm and requested if he can deliver the next earliest by 11am. He never showed up. Then the product never showed up. Customer support said we will get it resolved by Oct 4. That day went and now new date has been given Oct 10. They cannot promise of delivery on this date either. WTF. 

I am order a mobile on Flipkart realme 9i which is very delayed

This is such worst and stupid seller I have ever seen I ordered iphone 13 from flipkart on 17th of January 2023 and the order got canceled by the logistics team and also the refund has not been issued to me till today and flipkart says issue with the seller side and no proper care taken on this such a worse thing don't order anything from this seller and flipkart

यह पूरी तरह फर्जी दूकान है। मैंने flipkart सेbig billion sell में  iphone mobile 14 orderकिया था। लेकिन पैकेट में मैजिक माउस निकला।

Please don't place any order with this seller. You won't get your item as promised. My loved one's birthday was sober because of ordering item from this seller. They promised same day delivery but I booked 2 days before birthday thinking what if they don't deliver on same day i will still have time in advance for birthday gift. But this seller never delivered the item even not the next day. Looks like chapris have become sellers who cnt do wat is promised. Since I realised they won't deliver the item on the day of birthday i cancelled the order in the noon so I cud buy the gift from the shop as the birthday was in the night 12 am surprise..but this bloody seller neither delivered item nor refunded the amount ( 50000 plus) . I couldn't go to shop to buy item as they dint even bother to understand customer situation. I wish this seller loses all the money in their life for making me look small in front of my loved one on her birthday..I curse this seller and Flipkart both. Wana see them lose everything....
