What could be the reason that this time we don't have black friday sale like Amazon US ?😔

The law of the land does not want foreign players to have a free run and spoil the prospects of the law-makers. (Vote-bank)
Hence 'on paper' there is a restriction on how many site-wide major sales these foreign players can have.
If Amazon feels there is still juice left in marketing the event so much, then they would have the panache here.
But historically, Christmas sales and Cyber Monday (after Black Friday) haven't really been a big deal here, in the past few instances.
Amazon anyways has become stingy in offering support to buyers, sellers.
They start increasing contract labour (with three month, six month contract) just around Prime Day sales or Deepawali rush.
Convincing more sellers to participate in those sales is much more easy in our country.
Now even those three month, six month floating stock of agents are dwindling and the vendor site (third party) call centers are ill equipped to handle more rush.
Students as young as 18 years of age and hardly in mid twenties have been assigned as frontline agents in even risk investigation teams.
Zero back-end, real staff or minimal staff in the leadership roles/ team leaders or real investigations or support.
Their system collapses even during the Deepawali sale.
That way, surprisingly, after the debacle of the first and the second Big Billion Day.. Flipkart has made its shipping services and Ekart Logistics Limited .. more robust and scalable.
BBD/GIF sales in Sep-Oct are our thanks giving, black friday and cyber monday sales. Do remember amazon adding a couple of great deals for us too (Especially premium headphones) but this didn't happen for a while

But in India no sale can be larger than the sales on Diwali festival like GIF/BBD. Rest are formalities!
