No customer care at Croma
I paid an advance of Rs 5000 for purchase of a Laptop as a pre booking amount. When I purchased the laptop I paid full price on the assurance that the Rs5000 would be refunded within two days.
It’s more than just 10 days and the amount has not been refunded.
Aside from hollow and meaningless assurances no action has been taken to resolve my issue

Croma is very slow in initiating refund. It took them 15 days to refund me of my cancelled order.

Raise a complaint via tata neu CC via WhatsApp .... They'll respond faster.... simultaneously contact croma CC also
