No customer support, defective and wrong product.....shopping@shopclues a nightmare

I’m very disappointed from the services which I have received from shopclues so far. I had ordered a silicon back case cover for samsung galaxy s2 i9100 worth rs 199 on 18th sep 2012, order ID – 1585542. When, I received the shipment it a wrong product ie. The cover is for samsung ys5360.

I also had ordered a amzer anti-glare screen protector with cleaning cloth for samsung galaxy s II gt-i9100 worth rs 144 on 18th sep 2012, order ID – 1585574. When, I tried to install it on my mobile, it didn’t stick on the mobile screen at all as there was no glue inside.It already contains bubbles inside,it seems shopclues has sold me a defective/Fake product.

I have sent mails regarding the wrong & defective products that I have received on [email protected]. Five days have been passed but I have not received any reply from them not even an acknowledgment. I even tried to call the customer care on (0124) 441 4888, (0265) 339 0148 but all in vain….nobody answers the calls.

I feel cheated and I think it was a big mistake of mine that on recommendation of my colleague I went ahead and tried shopping from shopclues. Earlier, I have purchased from ebay, flipkart but I have never come across any such blunder from them.

Please look into the matter and help me in getting my hard earned money back.
