No EVDO recharge on Paytm

Are u getting bsnl evdo signal now?
for me its more than 3days n still ita dead.
Don’t whats wrong with them or they r gone forever

It was server issue on Saturday. I rushed to their office that afternoon because after that it would be unresolved till Monday. They rectified it on the same day. Whenever you face any problem call them immediately to know that there’s a problem or either they don’t care or even don’t have any clue that the network is down. Having no problem since then. :Touch wood:

Yes i am getting signal. I even recharged today at 12:02 Am. Having no issue till now

Bro which exchange should one contact , should i contact nearest exchange or main exchange of the town. Because last time i contacted nearest exchange they asked me to contact main branch but when i went there they asked me to contact other office (where i bought evdo connection). I was getting late so i gave up

The main exchange. I got the number for the exchange from the head office and that works. For complaining in person you would have to visit the head office.

It’s a dashboard problem. Change the dashboard or try re-installing.

That day when went bsnl office, i talked to SDO regarding bsnl bb, it will cost 1.4k for 2mbps for 30Gb n then 512kbps unlimited monthly

and one more plan is there for 2mbps 30gb n then 1mbps unlimited

Here lack of local bb services

and When i talked to Railwire dealer, he said can’t provide service in my area. as i m the only one in this area.
