Not able to pay Kotak Life Insurance policy premium via amazon app

Hi Friends , 

I have loaded amazon pay wallet with big amount to pay for kotak life insurance premium, but now amazon app is always saying " biller is facing technical issue please try later" when I enter my policy number and dob, my policy is in grace period means due date is already passed by 3-4 days.

Does amazon / BBPS allow policy payment in grace period ? 

or any other way I can pay kotak policy using apay balance ? kotak website doesn't have amazon under wallet option now.

Keep trying again and again after sometime. This happens

looks like BBPS issue .. but for other kotak policy it says no dues .. why issue with my policy number

No use.. Amazon and insurance premiums are not working.. Or they just stopped it.. I have to edelweiss Tokio.. It says biller issue.. But same loads in paytm or payzapp etc.. Can't use amazon pay... Same happ with Aegon too... Wen complained to cc they claimed will review it.. But sure they won't change any.. No use

Tata AIA has enabled premium payment using Amazon Pay Balance through their own website
