Not able to use paytm payments back account on 3rd party UPI apps

Hi there,
I tried using paytm payments bank account on amazon pay, gpay, phonepe for upi transactions but everytime i get error msg that PIN entered is incorrect. And same pin works perfectly on paytm.
I have checked same several times and for several days.
Is there any setting i need to check or its SOP and hidden condition of paytm for not allowing other apps to use for their bank account?

Using PPB UPI in gpay for a while now. Working without any issues

I use paytm payment bank account with most of the upi apps like gpay, phonpe, amazon, payzapp, bhim, mobiquik. Works without any issue.

Ok. Looks like problem is with my account only then if others are able to do transactions.
I tried changing pin but it asked for earlier pin and again gave same error that pin entered is incorrect.
But anyway, atleast there is hope that it can be used. I am following up with Paytm also so let's see. Shall update once I get it resolved or for any update.

Use forgot pin option to reset pin.

looks like the pin you are referring in paytm app is mpin for paytm app or paytm bank account.
But while using paytm payments in upi apps you need upi pin not the mpin.
so you need to change the upi pin for payment payments acc.

Tried resetting pin with virtual debit card. And it worked fine.

You are using Mpin on 3rd party UPI apps not UPI PIN 😀
Paytm app use Mpin not UPI PIN.
UPI PIN is different and also dnt use same PIN numbers on your Paytm app Mpin and UPI PIN.
