i too loaded through cred but not able to use wallet. on speaking with zepto, they informed that my account is blocked because of suspicious activity., they can't unblock my account but can refund wallet to orginal source.i choose refund and received my money

Zepto cash can be used only in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad
