In my state they have allowed only “green” crackers, dafuck is that, and that too between 8-11pm. Kids are bursting crackers since morning. What is the police gonna do? Arrest them all? That asshole hitting the kid at 1:18. This country is beyond saving now.

Few of my friends are crorepatis, they left to have that standard of living. For us money can solve many problems but for people who have it in abundance they go after standard of living.
Banning crackers on Diwali is like having an Earth hour to save the environment.😉

Pollution is the product of all such things like garbage on road to harmful chemicals of factories.
It didn’t not build up in one day neither will stop in one day.
Continuous effort needed, right from ourselves
People are stupid for not following the rules govt. makes and then they keep on blaming govt. for not doing something about the issues.
Govt. is stupid for not issuing the ban notification well in advance when they have the idea that many people’s livelihood will depend on it.
Instead of forcing small sellers, govt. should make companies to stop the production and fine them otherwise. What does a small seller gonna do when he/she has purchased the crackers. Its either dont sell and take a loss or sell and take a risk.
Plus goberment is also a big time chutiya. Their rules say that anyone who bursts crackers after 10 or 11 will be arrested. How in the world are they gonna arrest so many people? Second how will they verify that this rocket was fired from that xyz house lol

Funny thing is almost all people are literally killing elders and those with health issues every single day by forcibly using all kinds of vehicles 365 days a year and by using dirty electricity for their gadgets. Meat eaters like myself add a lot more pollution due to animal agriculture. Beef rearing for meat is literally killing the planet. Yet crackers are the target. This is shameless. Ban animal husbandry for meat all across India then and then see the goons who will threaten you.
I haven’t burst crackers in years, but the hypocrisy is palpable. Ban all vehicular movement for 3 days instead if you’re that concerned about the environment and people. Ban all new vehicle registrations as well in congested cities like Delhi.
Crackers is not a big money maker for government and those who celebrate Deepavali won’t go and fight in large groups or vandalize anything, so they are an easy target for everyone in all festivals.

to my opinion there should have been exception this year as businesses are already down gdp has gone all time low.
and a cracker is cracker there nothing like green cracker. the crackers should be banned from factory itself why not punish the manufacturers first. why only common should suffer.

And we need to ban all bad things that harm to our nature and culture and need to ban cracker in not even in diwali whole year untill the air quality increase otherwise full free use in diwali to use cracker our culture in to lite up diya not nature.😇

Don’t want to start any debate. But their crackers pollute less than the crackers made in India or should I say imported from China. Plus that country is so so so so big that the impact is less as population is less and scattered. Do the math here. Oh and one more thing mere bhai, the AQI in the cities of that country is around 20 on non pataka days and our for our cities it is easily 250+AQI atleast. Again do the math.
I am not against crackers, but bc bina patako ke hi itna pollution. Atleast that country does not have autos emitting white smoke lol
