Not seeing the offer section while paying the electricity bill on airtel thanks app

I was about to pay my electricity bill, but I am not seeing the offer section to apply the 10% off Airtel Axis CC. I can however see the offer section when I try to do prepaid recharge. Is this a new update? Has anyone else facing the same thing?

Their website was already trash, now making the app too.

Overall they don't seem to care about anything for user experience, so I just got my fiber disconnected. Will get jio now

In reality, it does nt matter at all whether you apply coupon or not because at the end its mcc code which makes your txn eligible for cb.

Anyone facing issues in paying electricity bill payment from Airtel Thanks App using Airtel Axis Card? When I am trying to pay it says this payment option is not available after entering card number
