Nothing Phone 1 dust issue

I have purchased nothing Phone 1 in August. But now some dust particles enter back camera lenses. I visited the store and they're saying you have to submit your mobile for a few days then we will verify if it happens due to physical damage or not.

Why need to submit mobile for a few days, it's just matter of a few minutes. They will use Falcon spray chemical to clean the dust. If the dust is entering in camera lenses easily, it is quality issue with the phone. They might not not used rubber gasket to make if seal proof. .

Yes.... service centre was saying you have to submit a mobile for a few days .

Phone has quality check issues.
Try informing company first on email.
In this case you must get replacement, don't settle less than that.
Service centre might remove touch and glue it again but screen will loose it's functionality after few days.
Rest is your call.
