I received my card to the mailing address but i am not staying there anymore. The delivery agent denied handover the card to my colleague even though I told him that I will provide the OTP. Same thing happened with me...I changed my address to my office address from app....one of the worst thing is that bank is denying to update my address...they are saying that we need serviceable address proof....I have rent agreement but they are denying it....such a shame on IndusInd Bank...

@abhishek012 Doesn’t IndusInd charge redemption fee of Rs.100 for each redemption make IndusInd Rupay cards pointless when compared with other bank Rupay without redemption charges?
I spoke with CC who confirmed redemption charges are applicable for cash credit/ statement balance adjustments, just like GC redemption.

Thanks Abhi bro, Received the digital indusid rupay credit card. out of the old limit of Rs 1 lakhs took the 70k for visa and 30 k for new rupay. as i dont have any other rupay card for linking upi, took the offer though point wise useless.

Got it. 🙋🏻♂️Maximum only 1L allowed it seems (or 1/3rd of existing limit?). Since reward rate is poor, I'd probably allot 30K or 40K only to it.

The Credit Limits and Cash Limits on any Credit Card at any point in time are at the sole discretion of IndusInd Bank.
Credit limit on your IndusInd Bank Companion Credit Card is shared.
Irrespective of different credit limits individually on your IndusInd Bank Credit Card, the combined usage will be restricted to the shared limit.
Credit limits at individual card level or shared limit at customer level are decided at sole discretion of the bank basis extant internal guidelines. IndusInd Bank reserves the right to update the customer's demographic and personal details as per the latest application for his/her existing card(s) if any.
The maximum number of IndusInd Bank credit cards issued to a customer is subject to Bank's internal policies and discretion
Credit Card bill payments will have to be done separately, excess payment on one card will not set-off against another card.
