here kyc verification means, verification of receiver done through any of the kyc documents for authenticated delivery purpose.
this is not new, for all banking parcel this kind of msg is coming, most of the times delivery guy only asks for OTP
You will have to show your govt. issued ID when the Bluedart agent arrives.
Bluedart delivery agent will complete KYC by entering only the last 4 digits of your aadhaar card no.
This is generally done for debit and credit cards sent by the bank.
You will also receive a Bluedart delivery code via sms from Bluedart to be shared with the delivery agent.
