NSDL Payment Bank full KYC
Does NSDL Zero Balance account stays zero balance after full KYC or it changes to normal account after full KYC?
I am asking cause on their website it says ₹29 + GST monthly servicing fee.
I want to make it full KYC but want to use it as zero balance only
