Apart from the Rs. 100 cashback offer from Payzapp, are there are any other offers?
If I am not wrong, Axis CC has stopped giving 1.5% cashback for rent payment. What about Amazon Pay-ICIC CC, does it give 1% cashback for rent payment?

Yes, u can load payzapp wallet via Amazon pay card and pay on nobroker at 1% charge for 100 net gain.
Or, Paytm Citi is still giving 3% on rent payment at Paytm at 1.5% charge. So, net 1.5% profit. Plus some Paytm Cashback sometimes.

Is the PAYTM CITI an LFT card? How do I apply?

Also, I tried to load my Payzapp wallet with ICICI-AmazonPay credit card, but the transaction is failing.

Nop, 500 charges waived on 1L spends (quite easy if u use regularly for rent payments).
Apply from Paytm app, but needs to be lucky, as Paytm offers sbi/hdfc cards also. And u don’t have choice to select the variant.
You can check the bank being offered before applying, as sbi and hdfc gives 2% only on rent payment.
