Guys, do not get gaming chair for office purpose. Gaming chairs are mostly for show. For the same price, better ergonomic chairs can be obtained. Example – IKEA markus / featherlite.
I got this chair from transteel. It’s been over 2 weeks are really like it.
Have a few local ones as well but they start to incline towards one side in a few days and the wheels stop rotating freely or break easily quite often. Got to see how well this transteel one last without giving many issues.

I was checking this transteel website yesterday. There it was mentioned 25% offer with coupon code ITSWEEKEND.But on applying I’m not even getting 15% off. Also shipping cost is there which adds 1000 Rs extra.
Will I get this type of chair for 3000 – 4000/- price range?

The problem with IKEA is the availability..unless you are from Mumbai/Pune or Hyderabad..it will be too hard to get them
I did get some furniture shipped from IKEA Hyderabad store but thats too much hassle
Featherlite chairs are OOS on amazon (even other brands)…Remember this (Contact Project HB MB*) being sold for an effective price of 4.5k on amazon last year but it is 7.2k now on their official website (No personal experience but shows a week delivery)

// Their offline stores don’t care much about individual orders //
hi I checked the transteel ones. Their website does not mention the seat width of the chairs.

Wouldn’t recommend “Contact project” model from featherlite .. Seen many of these chairs in my company become totally useless for back support and cannot be fixed..
There are other models in Featherlite which seems good with Lumbar support. I’m going to visit my nearby store and buy some model tomorrow..
Dealer price list showed that rates are bit high compared to their listed price on websites.. but they promised that they’ll match official website price.. will see..

Ya. Honestly, all Indian chairs become bad in 2-3 years. Even Featherlite degrades after 5 years. Only Herman Miller remains intact even after 15 years. They have 12 years warranty !!
So I was thinking why spend 20k on Featherlite and why not 80k on Herman?
Bought this model from nearby featherlite dealer yesterday. Model name is “Amaze MB”. They quoted base price as Rs.8500 and with GST, it became Rs.10030. But since I pointed featherlite website catalogue price, they matched it and I paid Rs.8378.
Before visiting this store, I have visited many other local furniture stores. They had similar models with little cheaper price. For example, featherlite ‘Contact HB’ model’s copy costed around 6k outside compared to actual cost of 7200. But their quality seemed bad and doubtful. So, finally decided to take genuine one.

Looking for an ergonomic chair with headrest
Seat height from floor should be adjustible to 24 inches.
Please provide range for it e.g. min16-25 max or like 16-30
(Yeah, I have long legs).
Should also have adjustible arm rest.
Budget 3k to 10k.
