I used 6 days ago from axis ace and name was ani tech but still got 2% cashback msg instead of 4%.

Merchant name is important here, you can check that on OTP or payment gateway

Only Olacabs.com, ANI Technologies give cashback

no, it all depends on payment gateway… usually its ola cab and ani tech but sometimes it comes as ola money. so we  need to take care. Ace gave 2% thats fine. why you expecting 4%

No issues with OlaMoney gateway too, got 5% multiple times in the past 5 months. There’s another gateway with “Ecomm” in its title, which i think gives 1% instead of 5

even getting 1% is bug as wallet transaction are not eligible

It all depends on merchant, for most card 0ne 97 comm for payment gives rewards, even its wallet load of paytm.

Exactly in march i also got only 1% and merchant was Raz*ola money although that time i was new to ola sbi card so didn’t had proper knowledge about merchant name but in april merchant was ani technologies and 7% Cashback received

Can anyone here confirm when this Cashback limit resets i.e, 1st of every month or day after statement generation??
