I have made a transaction of 2800 against ola money through OLA SBI CREDIT CARD and surprisingly received 1% of cashback( Which was supposed to be 7% as used to get) to which I raised the complaint,
I got the reply from the customer care as for the wallet recharges the cashback has been stopped.
Does anyone else also faced it?

I loaded 7,143 a few days back with merchant name ‘ANI Technologies’ and received Rs. 500 cashback successfully in OlaMoney wallet.

Previous month got cashback for merchant name ‘OlaCabs’ as well.

I’ve been told to stay away from transacting when merchant name is ‘Zipcash’.

Merchant name is ‘Ola money’ in OTP SMS and payment gateway page. But for me, it’s the first time settled as ‘Raz*Ola money’ in the statement instead of Ola money or Ola.
I think, it is not eligible for 7% CB. @getready @insta

I added Rs. 7,143 using Ola Money SBI CC and the merchant name it was showing as :

Ola Money

But the message I got from SBI Cards said, "spent Rs. 7,143 at Raz* Ola Money ..."

Will I get 7% cashback?

I declined at least 10-12 transactions and everytime I was either getting Ola Money / Zipcash as merchant name.
