already sent one super big reply with all the words they would possibly imagine… i also demanded some proofs of what they are accusing me of and they would surely fail to provide one as my last referral was couple of months back

Even I had around 12 free rides and I was going to use it for going at friend’s/relative’s place during Diwali.
They have pulled all the rides back at very good time.
Let me know your plan of banging them.

I have 20 rides and they blocked my genuine account.

I have called them and asked for reason and they said i have violated the rules.

Said that you will loose customers very soon and dropped the call.

I mailed them,they reactivated my account!
But, the referral program and coupons are still deactivated

They named similar emails referred by my account, ref option is still blocked

They said even if there is one referral which they find suspicious, they would block all the rides..

They have unblocked the account the same day I called them. But, the referral option is still blocked.
