Customer care says that Full KYC is required to transfer wallet money to someone else / send to bank account. And then he says that there is no option to do Full KYC also!! What stupidity is this!
Any other best ways to use OlaMoney? I cant find OlaMoney option in most websites.
Also if I close my wallet permanently, can I reopen it again after 5 days?

Use OlaMoney on Pharmeasy and the likes where it is available as payment option.

I am able to transfer ola wallet money for free from my another phone. So your assumption that no wallet allows is wrong.
